SoulRhythm is a 60 minute fun workout that combines various dance styles aimed at increasing cardio fitness, agility and movement expression. The second half of the class consists of dynamic as well as yoga inspired stretching to assist post-workout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into a calming presence to finish this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling uplifted, energised and inspired.
