SoulBox is a 60-minute high-energy workout that blends the intensity of boxing with bodyweight exercises, yoga-inspired stretching, and guided meditation. It’s designed to help you relieve stress, boost cardio fitness, improve muscular endurance, and build confidence—all while having a whole lot of fun.
The first 30 minutes are pre-choreographed to music and focus on air-punching combinations (no gloves or pads needed!) paired with bodyweight movements. This format has become a crowd favourite—accessible, empowering, and suitable for all fitness levels, beginners included.
After the workout, you’ll move through 20 minutes of yoga-style stretching to support recovery, followed by 10 minutes of guided meditation to reset your nervous system and centre your mind.
What to bring – Please wear supportive shoes, and bring a yoga mat, small towel, and water bottle. Don’t have a mat? Just let us know—we’re happy to provide one!
