This 60 minute powerful workout combines functional exercise in an interval format, to increase cardio fitness, muscular endurance and assist fat loss… fast! SoulPower is suitable for intermediate to more advanced fitness levels due to the nature of HIITT (high intensity interval training). In saying this, please don’t be scared off! We still provide plenty of options in this class, and beginners are most definitely welcome if they are happy to push themselves outside of their comfort zone. The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching, which assists post-workout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into calming presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling a sense of achievement, success & clarity of mind.
Please wear shoes and bring along a yoga mat, small towel and a bottle of water. All other equipment is provided. If you don’t have a yoga mat please let us know when you arrive and we will happily provide you with one.
