This 60 minute high energy workout combines boxing with body weight exercises to help relieve stress while increasing confidence, hand-eye coordination, cardio fitness and muscular endurance! Movements are pre-choreographed to music, making it fun and energetic whilst being suitable for a varying fitness levels, beginners included. Pre-Covid we used gloves and pads, however in order to adapt through that time we switched to air punching instead… the feedback was so good that we have since stayed with this format and it continues to be one of our most popular classes! The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching and a beautiful relaxing guided meditation. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling uplifted, empowered and grounded.
Please wear shoes and bring along a yoga mat, small towel and a bottle of water. All other equipment is provided. If you don’t have a yoga mat please let us know when you arrive and we will happily provide you with one.
