This 60 minute high energy workout combines boxing with body weight exercises to help relieve stress while increasing confidence, hand-eye coordination, cardio fitness and muscular endurance! Movements are pre-choreographed to music, making it fun and energetic whilst being suitable for varying fitness levels. The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching, which assists post-workout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into calming presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling uplifted, empowered and grounded.
