This 60 minute low impact workout is designed to increase fitness, with an emphasis on exercises that strengthen and ‘tone‘ the bottom, legs and core muscles, making it ideal for anyone wanting to improve their posture, reduce/prevent back pain, and improve overall fitness. SoulFusion is suitable for beginners through to more advanced fitness levels due to the varying options we provide throughout the workout. The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching, which assists post–workout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into calming presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling confident, inspired and uplifted.
Please wear shoes for this class and bring along a yoga mat, small towel and a bottle of water. All other equipment is provided. If you don’t have a yoga mat please let us know when you arrive and we will happily provide you with one.
