This 60 minute low impact workout is designed to increase fitness, with an emphasis on exercises that strengthen and ‘tonethe bottom, legs and core muscles, making it ideal for anyone wanting to improve their posture, reduce/prevent back pain, and improve overall fitness. The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching, which assists postworkout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into calming¬†presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. ¬†Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling confident, inspired and uplifted.
