Looking for something a little different to our movement classes? This 60 minute relaxing meditation class is suitable for anybody including those brand new to meditation. Throughout the class you will experience a range of meditation styles guided by our meditation teacher, to leave you feeling lighter in both mind and heart with a greater understanding of yourself to live your life in a more mindful manner. Settle in with a yoga mat, bolster, cushion or chair if you prefer, and welcome a time of reflection on your current state of wellbeing, energy and
happiness with the opportunity to grow throughout the methods provided, sharing your
experience with like-minded souls in a judgement free space.
Come along in comfortable clothing. We will have yoga mats, bolsters, cushions and
blankets available but if you’d like to bring your own to get extra comfy, please feel free to! While it’s not a requirement to attend the class, we do also recommend bringing along an eye pillow, a totem to anchor the intention for your class (eg a crystal or something tangible)
as well as a journal and pen.
