This 60 minute hatha yoga class cultivates health and wellbeing through the practice of a range of techniques, including postures (asanas) & movements, breathing exercises & breath awareness, meditation & relaxation. Classes are designed to suit both beginner and also more advanced students. We value your presence so small class sizes allows us the opportunity to truly connect, inspire and support you throughout the class. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling calm, grounded, and joyful.
