SoulYoga

This 60 minute hatha yoga class cultivates health and wellbeing through the practice of a range of techniques, including postures (asanas) & movements, breathing exercises & breath awareness, meditation & relaxation. Each yoga teacher brings their own knowledge, skills, passion and energy, allowing you to experience a variety of yoga styles. Classes are designed to be inclusive and suitable for beginner to more intermediate levels.  Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling calm, grounded, and joyful. 

Please bring along a yoga mat, small towel and a bottle of water. If you don’t have a yoga mat please let us know when you arrive and we will happily provide you with one. As shoes are not worn for this class, we ask that you please either leave them in the shelving inside the studio or under the benches in the waiting area as you walk in.
