This 60 minute resistance workout is designed to speed metabolism by increasing overall muscle mass, leading to improved strength, and a more ‘toned’ looking physique. The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching, which assists post-workout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into calming presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling a sense of resilience and strength in both body and mind.
