This 60 minute resistance workout is designed to speed metabolism by increasing overall muscle mass, leading to improved strength, and a more ‘toned’ looking physique. SoulStrength is suitable for beginners to more advanced fitness levels due to the option of easily increasing or decreasing weights. The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching, which assists post-workout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into calming presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling a sense of resilience and strength in both body and mind.
Please wear shoes for this class and bring along a yoga mat, small towel and a bottle of water. All other equipment is provided. If you don’t have a yoga mat please let us know when you arrive and we will happily provide you with one.
