SoulYoga
A Hatha yoga class designed to help cultivate physical, emotional and mental wellbeing through postures & movements, breathing exercises & breath awareness, meditation & relaxation. Classes are designed to suit both beginner and also more advanced students.


SoulPilates
A mat work Pilates class suitable for beginners through to advanced which focuses on strengthening the deep core muscles within the body including the pelvic floor and spine stabilisers to promote strength, flexibility, and increased range of motion for the joints.


SoulFusion
A low impact workout designed to strengthen and tone the lower body and core muscles, making it ideal for anyone wanting to improve posture and increase overall strength. The second half of the class includes yoga inspired stretching followed by a calming guided meditation.


SoulStrength
A resistance workout designed to speed metabolism by increasing the bodies overall muscle mass, leading to a stronger body and a more ‘toned’ looking physique. The second half of the class includes yoga inspired stretching followed by a calming guided meditation.


SoulPower
A powerful workout that combines functional exercises in an interval format. This class uses bodyweight & equipment & is designed to increase cardio fitness & muscle endurance. The second half of the class includes yoga inspired stretching followed by a calming guided meditation.


SoulBoxfit
A fun high energy workout combining boxing with body weight exercises to increase cardio fitness, muscular endurance, confidence and hand-eye coordination. The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching to assist post-workout recovery, as well as a guided meditation inviting you into calming presence.


SoulGroove
A fun workout with simple dance movements, resistance exercises, dynamic stretching & a guided meditation to finish. The class is all low impact, making it ideal for over 50's or anyone wanting to increase their fitness and enjoy listening to 80's, 90's and early 2000's music!


SoulMeditate
Looking for something a little different to our movement classes? This relaxing class is suitable for anybody including those new to meditation. You will experience a range of meditation styles to leave you feeling lighter in both mind & heart with a greater understanding of yourself.
