SoulFlow is a fun workout choreographed to 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s music that combines simple dance movements and resistance exercises using light dumbells. This class was originally created with over 50’s in mind as it is low impact and easily accessible for people who find I hard getting up off and down off the ground. Although it is still very much suitable for this age group, it has quickly become of our most popular classes across the board! The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching, which assists post–workout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into calming presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling joyful, inspired and uplifted.
Please wear shoes for this class and bring along a yoga mat, small towel and a bottle of water. All other equipment is provided. If you don’t have a yoga mat please let us know when you arrive and we will happily provide you with one.
