SoulFlow

SoulFlow is a fun workout combining simple dance movements, resistance exercises using light dumbells, dynamic stretching and a guided meditation to finish. The class is all low impact, making it ideal for over 50’s or anyone wanting to increase their fitness and enjoy listening to 80’s, 90’s and early 2000’s music! Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling joyful, inspired and uplifted.
