SoulFusion is a 60-minute low-impact, high-fun workout that blends core-focused strength training with yoga-inspired stretching and guided meditation. It’s designed to help you feel strong, energised, and deeply connected—body and mind.
The first 30 minutes focus on functional, stabilising movement—targeting your deep core abdominal muscles and glutes (maximus, medius and minimus)—using resistance bands, fitballs, light dumbbells, and music to keep you moving and motivated. It’s a little sweatier than a Pilates class, but just as supportive and accessible.
After the workout, you’ll move into 20 minutes of yoga-style stretching to help lengthen and release the muscles you’ve just worked, followed by 10 minutes of meditation to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and ground your energy.
What to bring – Wear supportive shoes for the strength portion, and bring a yoga mat, a small towel, and a water bottle. Don’t have a mat? Just let us know—we’re happy to provide one!
