SoulPilates
This 60 minute Mat work Pilates class is suitable for varying levels. Throughout the class, each exercise will take place on the mat where we will focus on strengthening the deep core muscles within the body including the pelvic floor and spine stabilisers to promote strength, balanced muscle development, flexibility, and increased range of motion for the joints. You will feel your whole body working as we focus on the centre core and work our way out to both the lower and upper body areas. A guided meditation invites you into a calming presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling energised, inspired and joyful.
*Special ‘Over 60’s’ class available!*
You won’t require shoes for this class but you are welcome to leave your socks on if you feel more comfortable doing so. Please bring along a yoga mat, small towel and bottle of water. If you don’t have a yoga mat please let us know when you arrive and we will happily provide you with one.
