Soul Pilates is a 60-minute mat-based class inspired by clinical Pilates principles—making it ideal for anyone wanting to build deep, functional strength in a gentle, low-impact way. This isn’t a huffy, puffy or sweaty workout. It’s a mindful and supportive practice, perfect for all levels, including those managing or recovering from injury. 

The first 45 minutes focus on slow, controlled movements that activate and strengthen your key stabilising muscles—your deep core abdominals, hip stabilisers, and upper back postural muscles. You’ll feel your whole body engaging as we build strength and balance from the inside out, promoting better posture, joint support, and overall mobility. 

Then, ease into 5 minutes of full-body stretching to release tension, followed by 10 minutes of guided meditation to settle your nervous system and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and relaxed. 

We also offer a dedicated Over 60s Soul Pilates class—featuring the same thoughtful structure, with modifications to suit those needing extra support or a gentler pace. 

What to bring – No shoes needed—just a yoga or Pilates mat, a small towel, and a water bottle. Don’t have a mat? Just let us know—we’re happy to provide one!
