Kate Henry is Physiotherapist who is extremely passionate about health and wellbeing! She has additional knowledge and expertise in the area of women’s health – particularly in the area of pre and post natal physiotherapy and has helped lots of mums to maintain their exercise routine through pregnancy and to get strong again after baby is born. 
Kate treats a variety of conditions and issues and always approaches these with a mix of active exercises and hands on therapy as well as education – she truly believes that her clients should become experts in their own bodies so that they can best look after their mental and physical wellbeing.
