Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep,” is a powerful relaxation and meditation practice that guides you into a state of deep relaxation while remaining fully aware. Unlike typical yoga classes focused on physical postures, Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down in a comfortable position. During the session, Josie will lead you through a series of guided instructions designed to relax the body, calm the mind, and rejuvenate the spirit.
