This 60 minute powerful workout combines functional exercise in an interval format, to increase cardio fitness & muscular endurance. The second half of the class consists of yoga inspired stretching, which assists post-workout recovery by lengthening and relaxing the muscles. A guided meditation invites you into calming presence and finishes off this balanced mind-body workout. Our aim is for you to finish the class feeling a sense of achievement, success & clarity of mind.
