Shani Jae Prideaux
Shani is an experienced mental health and wellbeing coach, counsellor and facilitator. Shani has a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing with a focus in positive parenting, positive education and coaching. An Associates degree in Counselling/Psychotherapy, has a background in the health and fitness industry and is a facilitator for Mental Health First Aid Australia. Shani’s areas of expertise are positive parenting, body image and disordered eating issues, mindfulness and mindset training, goal setting and solution focussed therapy. Shani can help with managing stress, anxiety and depression using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, exposure therapy and more. Look out for group programs coming soon around emotional eating, habit stacking (forming new habits) and positive parenting. Shani is taking 1:1 appointments, by appointment on Thursdays and Fridays.
